Driver Software is nothing but a Software (Code) or an interface betwwn Hardware and System Software (Oerating Systsm), In other Words, "HArdware is used by OS or Application Software only because of Drivers". We have lot of Drivers Pre Installed in OS so we need not install each and every driven in new OS, Only the latest or Odd Hardware are required to be installed separately using their Driver CD's. (Note : None of the Hardware can be used without Driver). Also remember that For Each OS the Drivers may vary.
